School Background
Global Cambridge High School is located in the historic town of Port Hope, just an hour drive east of Toronto. Established in 1793, Port Hope features over 270 heritage buildings, showcasing its rich cultural and architectural history. This scenic and vibrant setting creates an ideal environment for learning and personal growth.
At GCHS, we offer customized high school programs for Grade 9 to 12, tailored to each student's interests, strength, and goals. With flexible residency options, including full boarding and day attendance, we provide a welcoming, supportive, and safe community where every student feels a true sense of belonging.
Our History
GCHS is a branch campus of the Wuhan Globe Education Group, established in Canada. The group also operates two major campuses in China: Wuhan Globe Experimental School and Ezhou Lindaiqiu Wutonghu School, with a total of 2,210 students and 436 staff members as of December 2024. The Wuhan Globe Education Group offers a comprehensive 15-year education system, from kindergarten through high school, with GCHS serving as the hub for its higher international education programs.
