At GCS, we believe education is more than the pursuit of knowledge—it is the cultivation of curiosity, resilience, and a global perspective. Our students are empowered to ask bold questions, engage in meaningful inquiry, and connect their learning to the wider world. This philosophy ensures that learning is never passive, but an active, transformative journey that prepares young people for lives of impact.
Our teaching approach emphasizes inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary connections, and intellectual autonomy. Students are encouraged to explore across the arts, sciences, and humanities, while building the independence to think critically and act with confidence. This balance of academic rigor and creative exploration fosters not only scholastic achievement, but also the adaptability required in a rapidly changing world.
Dr. Peter Zavodny is the Principal of Globe Cambridge School.
